James C. Rapley, MD

Dr. Rapley is an Assistant Professor in Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. He is also a member of the EVMS Gold Humanism Honor Society (GHHS), which recognizes individuals for practicing patient-centered medical care by modeling the qualities of integrity, excellence, compassion, altruism, respect and empathy.
